We can accept any files you send us to prepare the negatives for your new job, including Word and Excel (which many printers can not use). We are proficient at converting your PC files to the Mac formats that we operate on. Send us whatever you have, and we will preflight it for you before going to proof. If there are any corrections necessary, we will advise you before charging you a penny, and you can decide whether to make the corrections yourself or have us do it for you.

If you are not inclined to do your own design and do not wish to incur the cost of retaining an ad agency or design studio, we can get your printed piece ready for you reasonably at trade rates. We extend this courtesy to our clients in order to expedite the print job, and do not mark it up for a profit.

Storage, Inventory Control and Reporting:

We can store large volume orders at no charge for future shipment to you, your branch offices, or your outside service partners either on demand or on a predetermined schedule. We can also take physical inventory of your goods at your location and provide you with usage reports and cost center analyses. We can report to you any useful information you need concerning cost, shipping schedules, usage, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will set it up for you.
